Structured Supervision
At GDR we believe that every job must be supervised and with nearly 30 years experience under our belt we believe that the most definitive way of ensuring that distribution has taken place is to visually sight the
material in the letterboxes or to ask residents.

That is why our supervision commences within hours of a distributor beginning their walk so that the material is still visible and the results are absolutely conclusive.

When our supervisors are delayed because of extraordinary circumstances and the material might not be in the letterboxes, our supervisors resort to plan 2 which is door knocking the street to ask residents if they had received the material.

This system along with a few other techniques that are exclusive to GDR have revolutionised our operations and have aided in the reduction in complaints and dumpings by more than 80%.
